Production Time

All our products are custom-made, which means production takes between 2 to 6 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

Free Standard Shipping

Cost: Standard shipping is free for all orders!

Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. This will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to United Kingdom. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss shipping options.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays. We will keep you updated in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at admin@fluffifi.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will promptly resolve the issue.
